Refund policy

Consumers have the following right of withdrawal if the contract was concluded exclusively using means of distance communication:

Right of withdrawal within the EU

You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 30 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period will expire after 30 days from the day on which you acquire, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you acquires, physical possession of the last goods. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by an email to hello@inaska.com or, if you have already received the goods, return them. To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Returns must always be registered via the returns portal, stating the order number and the email address used for the order. After registration, you can use our label or create your own. You can also return two orders together and register the second one as well, but you cannot create a shipping label for the second order. Please include your order number and the returned items in your package if the return is not processed through our portal. Please note the return period of 30 days. The return address is:
