Franziska, Founder & CEO
What could be more natural for a nutritionist than to found a swimwear and sportswear company? Exactly, pretty much everything. She founded her company during parental leave and has applied her ecological and social awareness from the very beginning. She is always on the move and quite fast, unafraid to change direction, make a wrong turn, or say no. FranziSKA loves and respects nature, especially the sea.

Elisa, CEO
Elisa is a structured free spirit – she enjoys rearranging everything until it's perfect, while already having five other ideas in her head. She's an experienced agency pro, but values sustainable entrepreneurship even more. Whatever is needed, she buys it second-hand and cooks meat-free with vegetables from TooGoodToGo. She's a Baltic Sea child from Berlin and a Berlin girl from the Baltic Sea. An orderly, controlled minimalist who loses control over coffee and chocolate. Elisa's passion is beach volleyball – as a player and as a coach – which might also be due to her exceptionally long arms. This is where she met FranziSKA after graduating from high school, with whom she wholeheartedly shares her un-dogmatic love for ecology and is now bringing this into the world as an entrepreneur.

Rebecca, COD Design & Pattern
Rebecca wasn't looking for us, but we found her! With her flair for underwear patterns and her passion for sustainable fashion ideas, she immediately captivated us, not to mention her eyes and empathetic nature. She is always on the lookout for the right support for every woman and has a meticulous eye for shapes, fabrics & colors. When she's not working for INASKA, the trained modern dancer also loves to dance through the night with the girls or through her old, new house, which she is completely renovating with her husband and giving it a fresh design. Very Rebecca style, indeed.

Sara, Customer Happiness Manager
With Sara, good vibes are practically guaranteed. Our "truly good soul" who can make even gloomy days smile and holds our team together with her calm, warm demeanor. Even though Sara finds it hard to make decisions and would ideally like to indulge her love for coffee table magazines in a treehouse with her own garden, she is our go-to person for the perfect balance between peace and adventure. She's the link between retreat and new beginnings, between the couch and sunshine. And for you, too. Because Sara brings lightness to all your questions with her humor and warmth, and always finds a solution that will put a smile on your face. That's just Sara's style.
